Sasha is a gentle, sweet girl. Families who meet her call her a soul reader — she seems to know what a person needs before they say it. She comes from strong hunting lines and still shows a keen nose and a willingness to work. Her May 2025 litter was two solid-black girls, Polly and Lolly, as alike as twins.

Oakley is the pack's lady. Demure, tidy, and full of presence. Her 2025 litter with Big Mo was named for games — Uno, Yatzee, Farkle, and Ace — and went home at ten weeks.

Dixie is a devoted mom. She carries the fading gene, so a puppy that looks solid black at eight weeks may grow into a beautiful silver. We cannot always tell until later — about eight weeks to a year. Her 2025 litter with Big Mo was named for the woods: Autumn, Amber, Maple, Scarlet, Daphne, Forest, Aspen, and Cedar.

Solid black. Catherine's personal girl — Bella chose her.
Bella is a solid black royal standard poodle, about 25 inches at the shoulder and around 70 pounds. She has barely any formal training, listens to the English we speak, walks off lead, and will stay put when she is asked. She loves a car ride and has a slight protective side when it comes to her mama. She is a great girl.

Black with tuxedo markings. A hundred-pound boy with a million-dollar bark.
Baruch was our handsome giant schnauzer — black with beautiful tuxedo markings, about 100 pounds. People who saw him asked if he was a horse that looked like a dog. He had a wonderful personality, a million-dollar bark, and knew when to alert. He loved the water and had his own swimming pool. Even though he was huge, he was eager to please. All of his good traits go down his family line to our pups. Moose, Lillie, and many others carry him.

Zippy was a high-prancing, foofy standard poodle who kept us smiling and laughing. Catherine's saying for her: she is a large fry packed in a small-fry package, and sometimes her fries spill out — that is when she is all HAPPY. Zippy was an awesome mom and had beautiful babies. Moose is from Zippy and Baruch.

Our bullet-proof dog. Phantom chocolate, tall, about 70 pounds.
We purchased Molly as an adult and what a blessing she was. We called her our bullet-proof dog. Amazing personality, quick to learn, eager to please, an awesome watch dog and an even better mom. Phantom chocolate in color. Because Baruch was black, the puppies were black — a great combination of Molly's personality and Baruch's handsome presence.

Black-and-white party girl from Eastern European champion lines. Built as God made her.
Anastasia came from Eastern European champion lines. Because of that she was completely how God created her, with her long tail and dewclaws. A wee bit taller than Bella, she filled out to 73 pounds. She was very athletic — could clear four-foot objects without thinking. To watch her run was a thing of beauty, like a cheetah. Compliant, a joy in the pack, and her human was the youngest daughter.
